T&C'S
You can download ColCam's legal notice & T&C's here Below are our general terms & more detailed answers to our commonly asked questions. Please read them carefully. By placing your first order, you accept & agree to all legal & general T&C's outlined on this website.
OPENING orders
ColCam's minimum opening order is $500+gst (excluding freight).
RE-order VALUE
All re-orders are $300+gst. (excluding freight). Orders placed below the minimum will be accepted and charged a $25 processing fee.
ghost accounts
As with any business, administrative housekeeping is important to ensure our database is both accurate and up to date. Any customer who has been granted access to our catalogue has a grace period of 3 months to place their first order, afterwhich wholesale access will be revoked. Accounts whom do not reorder within 12 months, will be deactivated & access to our wholesale catalogue will be revoked. If you wish to reapply at a later stage, you will need to go through the approval process again.
Colcam OFFERS LIMITED drop-shipping
ColCam facilitates a limited range of products available for Drop Shipping. There is a dedicated catalogue to drop shipping and only items listed within that catalogue are available for this service. A flat rate delivery fee of $13 is applicable for "Standard Size" deliveries within metro areas only. Items sent to remote areas, or parcels that are larger than standard sizing will attract a higher rate. Please note, by selecting to Drop Ship an item and have it directly dispatched to your customer, all responsibility is transfered to you the retailer. Any items that arrive damaged, or any parcels that go missing, are not the responsibility of ColCam and are not covered by insurance.
Deposits are required on all orders
  • ColCam manufactures to order & requires a deposit to secure stock & begin production. Depending on the product category, fulfillment can range from 30-180 days . Please note this is a blanket rule and applies to all customers - regardless of how long you have been trading with ColCam or your account status - be it on post-paid account or pre-paid proforma.

  • Ducks: 50% upfront deposit.
  • New Custopmers: 20% upfront deposit
  • It is your responsibility to contact ColCam within 3 days of placing your order to organise payment for your deposit. Orders without a deposit will not be processed and cancelled from our system.
Cancellations
ColCam manufactures to order - meaning, we place an order for production based on your order. Unfortunately, if you cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total and a credit of the remaining balance of your deposit or payment will be applied to your account for use towards your next purchase with us. ColCam strongly recommends using your credit note within 3 months.
Please note ColCam offers Credit Notes only - funds cannot be refunded or credits redeemed for cash.
freight calculations
Final freight charges are calculated externally by our shipping partners. These calculations are based on the volumetric weight of each carton - meaning, both the total weight, as well as the cubic dimensions of each box are taken into consideration. These charges are set by our logistics partners & cannot be negotiated. ColCam does not subsidise freight. Customers will be charged the full amount. For Proforma accounts, it is important to note, Freight Quotes provided on your initial invoice are educated estimates and can possibly change. We cannot guarantee the final freight charge until we have officially packed & entered your parcel for delivery into our logistics partners booking system. As such, the final delivery charge may vary from the original estimated quote provided. We will contact you if the variation is above 20% of the quoted price (ie: if quote was $30 & final charge $36 you will not be contacted, but anything above $37 will warrant a call to advise you of the increased charge). For all customers in regional or remote areas, we suggest having your goods sent to a centralised DC and then organising your own collection or local courier to deliver your goods for the greatest savings. We also highly recommend when purchasing larger items (lighting, furniture, planters and baskets) that you also purchase smaller pieces that can fit within them to help distribute your overall freight charge more evenly. It is important to note we charge freight on all orders being dispatched from our warehouse - including all backorders. Fortunately, we have great rates with our Logistics Partners to ensure costs are kept low. Some items will carry an additional Handling Fee by different logistics partners. As we do not always use the same service to deliver to you, this fee will not be applied as a blanket charge. Instead, it will be oncharged and identified clearly on your invoice every time it is applicable (ie: Startrack my charge a $12.95 handling fee for an XL Bessar Basket whereas Couriers Please may not, and depending on your order, one time it may be cheaper to send with ST & the other time with CP - so this charge will be added accordingly to still offer you the most competative rate). Oversized items will be sent on a pallet and oncharged to the customer. Our Logistics Partners cannot call you to advise when a driver is near by as occassionally they outsource to sub-contractors. It is important to note customers are responsible for all additional freight charges, including redirection or redelivery costs. It is imperative customers advise ColCam of the following:
  • official trading hours to ensure deliveries arrive when you are open
  • correct delivery address (no PO Boxes are accepted)
  • if operating from home (online business) we recommend ticking Authority to Leave, as any re-attempts will be charged to you for failing to be home to accept goods during your advised business hours
Please note, as we use third party delivery services, we are not held responsible for goods or damages caused in transit once they have left our premises. Responsibility is transfered to our logistics partner whilst your parcels are in transit and then transfered to you by signing to accept the goods (ATL is considered as signatory acceptant of goods). Freight reimbursements cannot be claimed to ColCam and will need to be raised directly with the freight company by the customer.
product variations
Each ColCam item is hand made by a real person who has mastered their art and craft, therefore some natural variation will occur from piece to piece. We also make a conscious effort to use natural and sustainable materials only, and as with all things in nature, no two pieces will ever be identical. We chose to promote the individuality of each item that we have on range and appreciate that each is unique and perfectly imperfect to the next. Small variations, including size, colour & natural characteristics cannot be claimed.
I received a damage item, now what?

price increAses
ColCam endeavours to keep its costs as low as possible all year round. Occassionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, external suppliers may increase their costs. Where possible, ColCam will absorb those increases, but on occassion, some items may increase by up to 2% annually. ColCam reserves the right to increase prices without notice.
Closing of accounts
Life happens, and sometimes, a business will come full circle and either shut its doors or be sold to a new owner. Please advise ColCam at your earliest convenience of Transfer of Ownership or the Closing Down of a business. If you have a credit note on the system with us, it is advisable to pass that credit note onto the new owners, or purchase something for yourself or as a gift to finalise the credit note as ColCam does not refund any monies. Credits are given in good faith towards your next purchase and as such cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our pieces are lovingly hand crafted by artisans using natural materials. Some minor variations in size, design and / or colour will naturally occur from piece to piece.
