For Proforma accounts, it is important to note, Freight Quotes provided on your initial invoice are educated estimates and can possibly change. We cannot guarantee the final freight charge until we have officially packed & entered your parcel for delivery into our logistics partners booking system. As such, the final delivery charge may vary from the original estimated quote provided. We will contact you if the variation is above 20% of the quoted price (ie: if quote was $30 & final charge $36 you will not be contacted, but anything above $37 will warrant a call to advise you of the increased charge).
Final Payment will only be processed at the time of dispatch to ensure the correct freight is charged.

- Freight can range dramatically dependent on your geographical location & items purchased
- Larger items will naturally incur a higher rate due to the volumetric weight & space they take up
- Fees are set by our logistics partner, and cannot be negotiated or subsidised
- You will be contacted directly if freight charges are substantially high to discuss alternative delivery options. This can include adding smaller items to fill empty/void spaces to help distribute freight more evenly or possibly sending to a centralised DC and collecting from there if you are in a regional area of Australia.

Shop with confidence knowing you can manage your payments and get your order without delay. By selecting Buy Now Pay Later, you can split your wholesale purchases into 4 installments over 4 weeks. ColCam will process your order without delay and charge your first instalment at the time of shipping. The remaining 3 instalments will be charged weekly.

- Available to all active ColCam Customers whom have a sales history of at least 3 orders on their account within the last 12 months.
- Eligible Order Value $400-3000 ex gst ex freight
- Only valid on orders within our Standard Catalogue
- A transaction fee of $2.50 is applicable per instalment.
- Any Missed or late payment will incur an additional penalty fee of $10.
- This is not available to Bank Trafers - Credit Cards only. We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard.
- This payment option is not available to international customers.
